Gilleon Health has been allocated a limited supply of Johnson and Johnson (Janssen Pharmaceutical) COVID-19 vaccines to administer to the general public aged16 and older beginning Tuesday 4/20/2021.
In order to receive a vaccination patients must schedule an appointment using the calendar below. At this time, we can not accept COVID-19 Vaccination appointment requests over the phone or by any means other than the designated calendar below.
Since the supply is so limited appointments will only be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Patients who cannot provide the confirmation email sent from our scheduling software will not be given a vaccination.
Appointments can only be scheduled for one person at a time.
We do not give special priority to anyone nor do we maintain a waiting list.
If you don’t see any appointments that indicates there are no longer appointments available for our current allocation. However, we will update the schedule as we get more allocations so we encourage people to check back in the future.
If you are successful booking an appointment, the appointment can not be transferred or given to anyone else.
We do not charge an out-of-pocket fee for COVID-19 Vaccination appointments. Per the instruction provided by the Illinois Department of Public Health and the CDC, we will submit a claim for COVID-19 vaccine administration to your insurance if you have insurance but they will not pass on any cost to you regardless of whether Gilleon Health is in your insurance network. If you do not have insurance, you still will not be charged for this appointment.
Please refer to “Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine Overview and Safety” published by the CDC for any questions related to this specific vaccine.
The calendar below can be used to book appointments exclusively COVID-19 Vaccinations. If you wish to book a traditional doctors appointment, please use the yellow buttons on other pages.
