Billing Questions
While we use a third party billing company, some basic billing questions can be answered by our front desk at 773-832-8700.
If you would like to speak directly to someone at our third party billing company (not lab test related), they can be reached at 800-311-8590.
If you would like to speak to directly to an account representative about a bill from Health Labs (the diagnostic company that performs most of our lab test), they can be reached at 630-408-2759. Note, Health Labs is owned by Northwestern Medicine and their primary laboratory is on the Campus of Central DuPage Hospital.

Clinical Inquires
Instead of calling or emailing the front desk to inquire about clinical concerns such as refill requests, or the status of test results, we strongly encourage patients to message the clinical team directly from the patient portal.
