Billing Questions

• While we use a third party billing company, many general billing questions can be answered by our Internal Billing Coordinator. They can be 773-832-8700 Ext 105 or Billing@GilleonHealth.com.

• If you would like to speak directly to someone at our third party billing company (not lab test related), they can be reached at 800-311-8590.

• If you would like to speak to directly to an account representative about a bill from Health Labs (the diagnostic company that performs most our lab test), they can be reached at 630-408-2759. Note, Health Labs is owned by Northwestern Medicine and their primary laboratory is on the Campus of Central DuPage Hospital.

Clinical Inquires

• Instead of calling or emailing the front desk to inquire about clinical concerns such as refill requests, or the status of test results; we strongly encourage patients to message the clinical team directly from the patient portal. Doing do, eliminates the middle man and ensures your messages are accurately delivered directly to a clinician who can provide answers.
