At Gilleon Health, we’re passionate about Primary Care. For us, Primary Care isn’t an afterthought or part of a corporate strategy to gain market share. We believe exemplary Primary Care can only be achieved when it’s rooted in a trusting relationship built over time.
We’re here to help with chronic illness, reproductive health, acute medical conditions, mental health, and gender identity issues. Our office is judgement-free and we welcome all humans (and some canines).
Our mission is to advance healthcare equality through activism and direct patient care. Everyone has a right to excellent healthcare. Whether you are LGBTQ, homeless, undocumented, uninsured, non-binary, cis..... also collectively known as human ..... you deserve access to care. Come on in, the water's bigot-free!

At Gilleon Health, we treat common pediatric conditions and offer preventative "well visits" for children. Going to the doctor can be frightening for children - and adults!
Our staff creates a warm, safe environment for your child and administer care and treatment with gentle hands.
We provide transgender hormone maintenance, Truvada PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis), crisis intervention and referral resources in a safe, confidential environment.
With nothing more than a computer or smartphone, you can now have face-to-face virtual encounters for the type of visits listed below.* Most insurance plans now cover Telehealth visits and for those that don’t, we have self-pay rates for existing patients.
